wcg101 is an internationally organization that accepts charitable donations, including clothing donations. Clothing donations to wcg101 are sorted, priced and sold in Wcg101 stores around the world at steeply discounted prices. The proceeds from the sale of each donated clothing item are used to provide jobs to helpless poor women in the community who are either starving or homeless, including handicapped women. Proceeds pay the salaries of these women and help them to learn new skills and courses which in turn allow each wcg101 to employee the ability to pay bills and live on a steady permanent income. In addition, because the donated good we receive is sold so inexpensively, those who cannot afford brand new clothes have the ability to purchase "new to them" clothes at inexpensive prices.
In addition to paying the salaries of employees of Wcg101 Thrift Stores, the money raised by selling donated clothing in thrift shops is used to fund community outreach programs such as adult rehabilitation. Women suffering homelessness, addiction and/or unemployment seek help from the adult rehabilitation programs offered by wcg101. These programs are funded 100 percent from the money raised by the sale of clothes donated by generous people.Wcg101 also accepts sewing machines and materials, Wcg101 train women to sew and make good quality cloths for sale and skilled baskets including beauty triaining most of these women were picked from the streets and some are drug users others are homeless and rejects. Wcg101 provides not only a home for them but also a means of steady permanent income.
Ameen Abdullah, 25 years old, considers himself an open book. Born in Haiti, Ameen moved to Brooklyn, New York before his first birthday, but claims the Queens as his home, where he’s lived since he was 10 years old. Aside from rapping, he also writes poetry, considering himself more then just a rapper.
Ameen started rapping at sixteen, on his block, trains, and in school. In 2006, Ameen took a hiatus from his rapping, before a trip to Africa, on which he converted from Christianity, to Muslim and became extremely religious. He was inspired to start rapping again because he wanted to improve his game and see where he stood.
Ameen’s first open mic he performed at a New York open mic poetry slam, in 2008. Following that performance, Ameen realized how much he missed the game, and in 2009 his first mix tape dropped.
Rulerdivine has worked with Lost Boyz, Mr. Cheeks and also Onyx. Ameen worked with Rulerdivine in 2009. He engineered the songs on Ameen’s mix tape Ameen Presents Vol Blackman, The Future Freestyle, and Like Yeah.
Source engineered Ameen’s songs To My Queen and Imma Pimp as well as Team Stronger on Ameen Presents Vol. I, which he also produced.
Deshai is the host of karma lounge open mic where Ameen performed twice in the summer of 2008.
